There are three different levels of PowerCare™ support. Choose the one that best fits the needs of your organization and storage environment.
- PowerCare™ Gold – Our most comprehensive level of support which includes all services provided in our Standard offering plus unlimited telephone 24 X 7 technical support, next business day parts replacement, and next business day onsite service by an authorized technician.
- PowerCare™ Silver – Delivers all services provided in our Standard offering plus unlimited telephone 24 X 7 technical support and next business day parts replacement.
- PowerCare™ Standard – Our most basic support offering which provides 9x5 telephone technical support, unlimited email support, 24x7 knowledge base web support, and return-to-factory part replacement.
